Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may – (i) objection to the acquisition of the whole or any part of the land, or of any rights in or over such land; or (ii) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the said Act; or (iii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting licenses ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act for mining lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the aforesaid land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act, to the office of the General Manager (Revenue/Rehabilitation and Resettlement), Northern Coalfields Limited, Singrauli- 486889, Madhya Pradesh, within a period of ninety days from the date of the publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
