Whereas the Commission vide notification No.: RA-14026(11)/4/2020-CERC dated 27th March, 2023 extended the period of applicability of the said regulations till 30th September, 2023. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Regulation 1 of the RE Tariff Regulations,2020 the Commission hereby further extends the period of applicability of the said regulations till 31st March, 2024.
