NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th December, 2017
S.O. 3893(E).—Whereas the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso
to sub-section (1) and proviso to sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973
(59 of 1973), constituted the Central Council of Homoeopathy vide its notification number S.O. 482(E), dated
the 6th August, 1974, which was amended from time to time.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following
further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and
Family Planning (Department of Health) number S.O. 482(E), dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, under the heading “Elected under clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of
section 3 from the States/Union territories”, for serial numbers 20 and 21, relating to the State of Tamil Nadu,
the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :—
