New Delhi, the 8th January, 2020
S.O. 851.(E)—WHEREAS the Central Government is of opinion that for the purposes of the
Departmental Inquiry relating to Shri Inder Sain, ex-Scientist ‘C’, MeitY, it is necessary to summon as
witness/call for any document from Shri Narinder Pal Singh S/o Late Shri Manbir Singh, R/o 703-B, Wing
Blue Orbit Tower, Link Road Opp. In Orbit Mall, Malad, West Mumbai-400064.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the
Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of witnesses and production of Documents) Act, 1972
(18 of 1972), the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri Vinod Kumar, Joint Director, MeitY as the
Inquiring Authority to exercise the power specified in Section 5 of the said Act in relation to Shri Narinder Pal
Singh S/o Late Shri Manbir Singh, R/o 703-B, Wing Blue Orbit Tower, Link Road Opp. In Orbit Mall , Malad,
West Mumbai-400064.
