Vs T. Ratnapandian and others has directed the Central Government to recall/cancel the nomination of the following five
members of Central Council of Indian Medicine nominated under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Indian
Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) vide notification number S.O. 616(E), dated 3rd March, 2014 and
corrigendum number S.O. 695(E), dated 6th March, 2014;

and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of
Health and Family Welfare [Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy
(AYUSH)], number S.O. 3259(E), dated the 21st August, 1971, namely:-
