अिधसूिचत संकल्प संख्या 1(6)/2016/रक्षा(वेतन/सवे ाएं) के तहत सश(cid:7403) सेना(cid:7312) के अफसर(cid:7298) के िलए सातव(cid:7286) केन्(cid:7076)ीय वेतन आयोग की िसफािरश(cid:7298) को स्वीकार िकया । और जबिक, सरकार ने कमर्चािरय(cid:7298) की उ(cid:7334) (cid:7088)ेिणय(cid:7298) के संबंध म(cid:7286) उ(cid:7334) सातव(cid:7286) केन्(cid:7076)ीय वेतन आयोग की िसफािरश(cid:7298) म (cid:7286) िन(cid:7388)िलिखत पिरवतर्न करना आवश्यक माना ह,ै अथार्त :— (1) रक्षा वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स के युि(cid:7334)करण सूचकांक (आईओआर) के लेवल 12क तथा 13 को 2.57 से बढ़ाकर 2.67 कर िदया जाएगा । रक्षा वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स {सैन्य पिरचयार् सेवा (एमएनएस) को छोड़कर} को िसिवल वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स के समान 40 चरण(cid:7298) तक बढ़ाया जाएगा । तदनुसार, रक्षा वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स (एमएनएस को छोड़कर) म(cid:7286) संशोधन कर िदया जाएगा । संशोिधत रक्षा वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स पिरिश(cid:7397)-1 पर संल(cid:7336) ह ै। (2) एमएनएस के वते न मैि(cid:7069)क्स के लेवल 10ख तथा लेवल-12 म(cid:7286) आने वाली तथ्यात्मक (cid:7074)ुिटय(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) सुधार के िलए और रक्षा वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स म(cid:7286) आईओआर म(cid:7286) पिरवतर्न(cid:7298) के म(cid:7374)ेनजर एमएनएस के वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स के तदनुरूपी लेवल(cid:7298) के पहले चरण म(cid:7286) भी पिरवतर्न िकया जाएगा । तदनुसार, वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स (एमएनएस) म(cid:7286) संशोधन कर िदया जाएगा । संशोिधत एमएनएस वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स पिरिश(cid:7397)-2 पर 1(6)/2016/D (Pay/Services) notified in the Gazette of India, dated the 5th September, 2016, the Government of India accepted the recommendations of the Seventh Central Pay Commission in respect of the Officers of the Armed Forces.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC. 3] And, whereas, the Government has considered it necessary to make the following changes in the recommendations of the said Seventh Central Pay Commission in respect of the said categories of employees, namely: - (1) The Index of Rationalisation (IOR) of Level 12 A and 13 of Defence Pay Matrix shall be enhanced from 2.57 to 2.67. The Defence Pay Matrix {except Military Nursing Service (MNS)} shall be extended to 40 stages similar to the Civil Pay Matrix. The Defence Pay Matrix (except MNS) shall accordingly, be revised. The revised Defence Pay Matrix is at Appendix 1. (2) To rectify the factual errors appearing in Level 10 B and Level-12 of the pay matrix of MNS and in view of the changes in the IOR in the Defence Pay Matrix, the first stage of corresponding Levels of Pay Matrix of MNS shall also change. Accordingly, the Pay Matrix (MNS) shall be revised. The revised MNS Pay Matrix is at Appendix 2. ORDER Ordered that this Resolution be published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary. M.
