WITHDRAWAL ORDER
Whereas, M/s. Patsloke Marine (lndia) Private Limited a Recruitment and Placement
of Service (RPS) was issued with a License bearing No. RPSL-MUM-458 for the period
from 27lL1,|2OL7 to 05/1,1.12027 by the Director, Seamen's Employment Office, Mumbai
under Merchant Shipping (Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers) Rules 2016.
2. And whereas M/s. Patsloke Marine (lndia) Private Limited vide letter dated
25.02.2026 has requested to this office for Surrender of a Recruitment and Placement of
Service (RPS) Licence bearing No,RPSL-MUM-458 of M/s. Patsloke Marine (lndia) Private
Limited.
3. Based upon the aforesaid and RPS agency own request, the Director, Seamen's
Employment office exercising the power vested upon them in accordance with Merchant
Shipping (Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers) Rules, 201.6 order following.
3.1 Recruitment and Placement Service (RPS) Licence bearing No. RPSL-MUM-458 in
respect of Patsloke Marine (lndia) Private Limited is hereby withdrawn with immediate
effect by the Director, Seamen's Employment office, Mumbai in terms of Merchant
Shipping (Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers) Rules, 20L6.
3.2 M/s, Patsloke Marine (lndia) Private Limited & its associated Directors continue to
remain liable for the seafarers who have already been recruited by them and those who
are presently serving onboard.
3.3 The submitted Bank Guarantee{M/s. Patsloke Marine (lndia) Private Limited
withheld with this office and shall only be returned on submission of requisite documents
to this office as per the checklist for the same.
