No. DPCA-0422/C.R.74/POL-14.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 22Q read with sub-section (4) of section 22 S of the Maharashtra Police Act (XXII of 1951),
and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes
the following rules to amend the Maharashtra Divisional Police Complaint Authority (Conditions of
Service) Rules, 2017, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Divisional Police Complaint Authority
(Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
2. In rule 4 of the Maharashtra Divisional Police Complaint Authority (Conditions of
Service) Rules, 2017, in sub-rule (1), for the TABLE the following TABLE shall be substituted,
namely :—
