RNI No. MAHBIL /2009/31733 महाराष्टट्रõ शासन राजपत्र असाधाारण भााग चाार-अ वर्षष ११, अंक १३०] बुुधावार, ऑक्टोोबुर १५, २०२५/आश्वि�वन २३, शके १९४७ [पृष्टठे े१०, किंकमं त : रुपये े१५.०० असाधाारण क्रमांक ४६२ प्रााकिंधाकृत प्राकाशन महाराष्टट्र शासनाने कंद्रीीये अकिंधाकिंनयेमांन्वयेे तयेार केलेेलेे (भााग एक, एक-अ आकिंण एक-ले येांमध्येे प्राकिंसद्ध केलेेलेे किंनयेम व आदेेश येांव्येकिंतरिरक्त) किंनयेम व आदेेश. महसूले व वन किंवभााग माादाामा काामाा माागग, हुुताात्माा राजगुरू चाौका, मांत्राालय, माुंबई ४०० ०३२ दिदानांांका १४ ऑक्टोोबर, २०२५. अकिंधासूचाना भाारताचाे संकिंवधाान. क्रमाांका एफएसटोी-०५/१९/प्र.क्र.१२६/वनांे-४.— भाारताीय संदिवधाानांाच्या अनांुच्छेेदा ३०९ खाालील परंताुकाान्वये प्रदाानां कारण्‍ याता आलल्‍े य ा शक्तांचाा वापर कारूनां आदि� या संदाभााताग सध्या अस्ति�तात्वाता असलेल्‍या अदिधासूचानांा, दिनांयमा, आदाशे व अन्य इतार आदाशे अदिधाक्रदिमाता कारूनां माहुाराष्ट्रााचाे राज्यपाल याद्वाारे माहुसूल व वनां दिवभाागाताील वनांपाल, गटो-का व वनांरक्षका गटो-का या पदाांच्या सेवाप्रवेशांचाे दिवदिनांयमानां कारण्‍यासाठीी याद्वाारे पुढीीलप्रमाा�े दिनांयमा दिवदिनांदिदागष्टो कारीता आहुेता :- १. या दिनांयमाांनांा माहुसूल व वनां दिवभाागाच्या अदिधापत्याखाालील वनांपाल गटो-का व वनांरक्षका, गटो-का (सेवाप्रवेश) दिनांयमा, २०२५ असे संबोधाण्‍ याता यावे. २. या दिनांयमाांता संदाभाागनांुसार दाुसरा अर्थग अदिभाप्रेता नांसेल तार,— (अ) “दिनांयुक्ताी प्रादिधाकाारी” याचाा अर्थग, वनांरक्षका पदाावर उमाेदावारांचाी दिनांयुक्ताी कारण्‍यासाठीी सक्षमा अस�ारा उप वनांसंरक्षका (प्रा.)/ दिवभाागीय वनां अदिधाकाारी (प्रा.) आदि� वनांपाल पदाावरील दिनांयुक्ताी कारण्‍यासाठीी सक्षमा अस�ारा माुख्य वनांसंरक्षका (प्रा.)/ वनांसंरक्षका (प्रा.) असा आहुे ; (ब) “वृत् ता” याचाा अर्थग आ� र्थापनांादिवषयका बाबंसाठीी जबाबदाार असलेले माुख् य वनांसंरक्षका (प्रा.)/वनांसंरक्षका (प्रा.) यांच् या दिनांयंत्रा�ाखाालील आ� र्थापनांादिवषयका प्रशासनांास जबाबदाार प्रशासकाीय आ� र्थापनांा घटोका ; (का) “सक्षमा प्रादिधाकाारी” याचाा अर्थग वनांवृत्तााच्या बाबताीता माुख्य वनांसंरक्षका (प्रा.) दिकांवा वनांसंरक्षका (प्रा.) असा आहुे ; (१) भााग चाार-अ–४६२-१2 महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाारण भााग चाार-अ, ऑक्टोोबुर १५, २०२५/आश्वि�वन २३, शके १९४७ (ड) “पदावी” याचाा अर्थग माान्यतााप्राप्ता सादिंवदिधाका दिवद्याापीठीाचाी काो�त्य ाहुी शाखाेताील पदावी दिकांवा शासनांानां ेत्य ाच्य ाशी समाताल्‍ु य म्‍ हु�ूनां घोदिषता काेलेली अन्य काो�ताीहुी अहुगताा असा आहुे ; (इ) “अदिभायांदित्राकाी दिकांवा तांत्राज्ञाानां/दिवज्ञाानां” याचाा अर्थग माहुाराष्ट्रा राज्य तांत्रादिशक्ष� मांडळााचाे ताीनां वषागचाे पदादिवकाा अभ्यासक्रमा प्रमाा�पत्रा परीक्षा. तार्थादिप, यामाध्ये औद्याोदिगका प्रदिशक्ष� सं�र्थेमाधाील अभ्यासक्रमााचाा समाावेश राहु�ार नांाहुी असा आहुे ; (फ) “पदाोन्नांताीसाठीी पात्राताा” याचाा अर्थग, शासनांाच्या सामाान्य प्रशासनां दिवभाागानांे वेळाोवेळाी यासंदाभाागता दिनांगगदिमाता काेलेले दिनांयमा, शासनां दिनां�गय दिकांवा आदाेशाद्वाारे पदाोन्नांताीसाठीी दिवदिहुता काेलेल्‍या अटोी व शताीनांुसार पात्राताा असा आहुे ; (खा) “शासनां” याचाा अर्थग, माहुाराष्ट्रा शासनां असा आहुे ; (ग) “उच्चा मााध्यदिमाका प्रमाा�पत्रा परीक्षा” याचाा अर्थग माहुाराष्ट्रा मााध्यदिमाका व उच्चा मााध्यदिमाका दिशक्ष� माडं ळा ेअदिधादिनांयमा, १९६५ (१९६५ चाा माहुा. अदिधादिनांयमा क्र. ४१) अन्वये दिवभाागीय मांडळााकाडूनां घेण्‍याता ये�ारी उच्चा मााध्यदिमाका प्रमाा�पत्रा परीक्षा, असा आहुे आदि� त्यामाध्ये, शासनांानांे त्यास समाताुल्‍य म्‍हु�ूनां घोदिषता काेलेली इतार काो�ताीहुी परीक्षा याचाा समाावेश हुोताो ; (घ) “मााध्यदिमाका शालान् ता प्रमाा�पत्रा परीक्षा” याचाा अर्थग माहुाराष्ट्रा मााध्यदिमाका व उच्चा मााध्यदिमाका दिशक्ष� मांडळाे अदिधादिनांयमा, १९६५ (१९६५ चाा माहुा. अदिधादिनांयमा क्र. ४१) अन्वये दिवभाागीय मांडळााकाडूनां घेण्‍याता ये�ारी मााध्यदिमाका शालांता प्रमाा�पत्रा परीक्षा असा आहुे आदि� त्यामाध्ये शासनांानांे त्यास समाताुल्‍य म्‍हु�ूनां घोदिषता काेलेली इतार काो�ताीहुी परीक्षा याचाा समाावेश हुोताो ; (ज) “दिनांवड सदिमाताी” याचाा अर्थग, शासकाीय सेवेताील वनांरक्षका, गटो-का च्या पदाावरील सरळासेवा भारताीकारिरताा उमाेदावारांच्या दिनांवडीच्या प्रयोजनांार्थग शासनांाकाडूनां वेळाोवेळाी गदिठीता कारण्‍याता आलेली सदिमाताी असा आहुे ; (झ) “प्रदिशक्ष� सं� र्था” याचाा अर्थग वनां दिवभाागामााफफता चाालदिवण्‍ याता येता असलेल्‍ या अशा सं� र्था दिकांवा माहुादिवद्याालय दिकांवा दिवद्याालय दिकांवा अकाादामाी दिकांवा कांद्र, जेर्थे वादिनांकाी व संलस्ति�नांता दिवषयासंबंधाी प्रदिशक्ष� दिदाले जाताे अशी प्रदिशक्ष� सं�र्था असा आहुे. ३. वनांपाल, गटो-का या पदाावरील दिनांयुक्ताी हुी वनांरक्षका, गटो-का संवगागचाे पदा धाार� कार�ाऱ्या तासेचा सदार पदाावर ताीनां वषा�हुूनां कामाी नांसेल इताकाी सलग दिनांयदिमाता सेवा (प्रदिशक्ष� काालावधाी वगळाूनां) झालेल्‍या व्यक्तांमाधाूनां ज्येष्ठीताेनांुसार व ज्येष्ठीताा अधाीनां पात्राताेनांुसार यो�य व्यक्ताीमाधाूनां पदाोन्नांताीनांे कारण्‍याता येईल. ४. वनांरक्षका गटो-का या पदाावरील दिनांयुक्ताी हुी दिनांवड सदिमाताीकाडूनां घेण्‍याता ये�ाऱ् या �पधाागत्माका परीक्षेच्या व धााव चााचा�ीच्या दिनांकाालाच्या आधाारे दिशफारस कारण्‍याता आलेल्‍या व खाालील पात्राताा धाार� कार�ाऱ्या उमाेदावारांमाधाूनां नांामादिनांदाेशनांाद्वाारे कारण्‍याता येईल. (१) वयोमायागदाा. - (अ) दिकामाानां वयोमायागदाा.- सदार पदाभारताीच्या जादिहुराताीता नांमाूदा काेलेल्‍या अजग �वीकाृताीच्या अंदितामा दिदानांांकाास अठीरा वषे पू�ग असावे. (ब) कामााल वयोमायागदाा.- सदार पदाभारताीच्या जादिहुराताीता नांमाूदा काेलेल्‍या अजग �वीकाृताीच्या अंदितामा दिदानांांकाास अमाागास प्रवगागताील व्यक्ताीचाे वय पंचावीस वषे पू�ग पेक्षा अदिधाका नांसावे आदि� माागास प्रवगागताील व्यक्ताीचाे वय ताीस वषे पू�ग पेक्षा अदिधाका नांसावे. (४) नांामादिनांदाेशनांाद्वाारे दिनांयुक् ताीसाठीी, प्रादिधाकाृता शासकाीय वैद्याकाीय अदिधाकााऱ्याकाडूनां उमाेदावारांचाी वैद्याकाीय पात्राताा प्रमाादि�ता कारण्‍ याता येईल. वैद्याकाीय चााचा�ीमाध् ये दितारळाेप�ा, रंग व राताांधाळाेप�ा, आताल्‍ या बाजूला फंगडे असलेले गुडघे, सपाटो पाय, त् वचाा व छेाताीचाे रोग यासंबंधाीच्या चााचाण्‍यांचाा समाावेश राहुील. ५. दिनांयमा ४ येर्थे नांमाूदा काेलेल्‍या पदाावर दिनांवड झालेल्‍ या पुरुष उमाेदावारानांे ४ ताासाता २५ दिका.माी. व मादिहुला उमाेदावारानांे १६ दिका.माी. चाालण्‍याचाी शारीरिरका क्षमाताा चााचा�ी पदिहुल्‍या प्रयत्नांाता पू�ग कार�े आवश्यका राहुील. तार्थादिप, सदार उमाेदावार उपरोक्ता नांमाूदा काुठील्‍याहुी चााचा�ीता अपात्रा ठीरल्‍यास दिकांवा अनांुपस्ति�र्थता रादिहुल्‍यास, सदार उमाेदावाराचाी दिनांवड या टोप्प्यावर रद्द ठीरदिवण्‍याता येईल. भााग चाार-अ–४६२-२4 महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाारण भााग चाार-अ, ऑक्टोोबुर १५, २०२५/आश्वि�वन २३, शके १९४७ परंताु, असे काी, गभागवताी मादिहुला दिकांवा �तानांदाा मााताा यांनांा त्यांच्या दिवनांंताीनांुसार व सक्षमा प्रादिधाकााऱ्यांच्या माान्यताेनांे त्यांनांा चाालण्‍याच्या चााचा�ीता भााग घेण्‍यासाठीी अनांुक्रमाे दाीड वषग व एका वषागपय�ता माुदातावाढी दाेताा येईल. तार्थादिप, गभागवताी मादिहुला दिकांवा �तानांदाा मााताा यांनांी माुदातावाढीीच्या काालावधाीमाध्ये चाालण्‍याचाी चााचा�ी पू�ग नां काेल्‍यास त्यांचाी सदार पदाावरील दिनांवड रद्द ठीरदिवण्‍याता येईल. परंताु, असे काी, गभागवताी मादिहुला व �तानांदाा मााताा यांनांी माुदातावाढीीच्या काालावधाीमाध्ये चाालण्‍याचाी चााचा�ी यश�वीप�े पू�ग काेल्‍यास त्यांचाी ज्येष्ठीताा अबादिधाता राहुील. ६. दिनांयमा ३ येर्थील पदाावर पदाोन्नांताीनांे दिनांवड झालेल्‍या व्यक्ताीला एका मादिहुनांा दिकांवा शासनांानांे वेळाोवेळाी दिवदिहुता काेलेल्‍या काालावधाीसाठीी प्रदिशक्ष�ासाठीी पाठीदिवण्‍याता येईल. ७. (१) दिनांयमा ३ येर्थील पदाावर पदाोन्नांताीनांे दिनांवड झालेल्‍या व्यक्ताीनांे जर दाोनां वषा�च्या आता प्रदिशक्ष� पू�ग नां काेल्‍यास, त्याला सदार प्रदिशक्ष� पू�ग कारेपय�ता वादिषगका वेतानांवाढी अनांुज्ञाेय हुो�ार नांाहुी. (२) दिवदिहुता काेलेल्‍या काालावधाीनांंतार प्रदिशक्ष� पू�ग काेल्‍यास, प्रत्यक्षाता ज्या दिदावशी प्रदिशक्ष� पू�ग कारील त्या दिदावसापासूनां भादिवष्याताील वेतानांवाढीी अशा ताऱ्हुेनांे अनांुज्ञाेय राहुताील, ज�ू कााहुी काो�ताीचा वेतानांवाढी रोखाण्‍याता आली नांव्हुताी, परंताु र्थकाबाकाी अनांुज्ञाेय राहु�ार नांाहुी. ८. दिनांयमा ३ येर्थील पदाावर पदाोन्नांताीनांे दिनांवड झालेल्‍या पदाावरील व्यक्ताीनांे वयाचाी ५४ वषे पू�ग काेल्‍यानांंतार प्रदिशक्ष�ाताूनां सूटो अनांुज्ञाेय राहुील. त्यानांंतार भादिवष्याताील वेतानांवाढीी अशा ताऱ्हुेनांे अनांुज्ञाेय राहुताील, ज�ू कााहुी काो�ताीचा वेतानांवाढी रोखाण्‍याता आली नांव्हुताी. परंताु र्थकाबाकाी अनांुज्ञाेय राहु�ार नांाहुी. ९. (१) दिनांयमा ४ येर्थे नांमाूदा काेलेल्‍या पदाावर नांामादिनांदाेशनांानांे दिनांयुक्ता झालेल्‍या व्यक्ताीस, त्याच्याकाडूनां दाोनां जामाीनांदाार असेलेले बंधापत्रा घेऊनां प्रदिशक्ष� सं�र्थेता सहुा मादिहुन्यांच्या दिकांवा शासनांानांे वेळाोवेळाी दिवदिनांदिदागष्टो काेलेल्‍या काालावधाीच्या प्रदिशक्ष� पाठ्यक्रमाासाठीी पाठीदिवण्‍याता येईल, त्यांनांा सदार पाठ्यक्रमााचाी अंदितामा प्रदिशक्ष� परीक्षा उत्ताी�ग हुो�े आवश्यका राहुील. (२) जर एखाादाी व्यक्ताी सदार दिवदिनांदिदागष्टो काेलेला प्रदिशक्ष� पाठ्यक्रमा दिकांवा अंदितामा प्रदिशक्ष� परीक्षा प्रर्थमा संधाीता उत्ताी�ग हुोऊ शकाली नांाहुी, तार अशा व्यक्ताीस �वखाचाागनांे प्रदिशक्ष� पाठ्यक्रमा पू�ग कारण्‍यास व अंदितामा प्रदिशक्ष� परीक्षा उत्ताी�ग हुोण्‍यासाठीी आ�खाी एका संधाी दिदाली जाईल. (३) जर सदार व्यक्ताी दाुसऱ्या संधाीता प्रदिशक्ष� पाठ्यमाक्रमा व अंदितामा परीक्षा उत्ताी�ग हुोण्‍यास असमार्थग ठीरल्‍यास, बंधापत्राानांुसार त्यांच्याकाडूनां प्रदिशक्ष�ाचाा खाचाग व प्रदाानां काेलेले वेतानां वसूल कारण्‍यास तासेचा ताो सेवेताूनां कााढीूनां टोाकाण्‍यास पात्रा राहुील. १०. दिनांयमा ४ येर्थे नांमाूदा काेलेल्‍या पदाावर नांामादिनांदाेशनांाद्वाारे नांेमा�ूका काेलेल्‍ या वनांरक्षकाांचाी आपापसाताील ज्येष् ठीताा हुी, � पधााग परीक्षेताील प्राप् ता टोक् काेवारीला ५०% भाारांकानां दाेऊनां व प्रदिशक्ष� सं�र्थेताील परीक्षेता प्राप् ता काेलेल्‍ या टोक् काेवारीला ५०% भाारांकानां दाेऊनां व दाोन् हुीचाी बेरीज कारूनां त् याआधाारे दिनांधाागरिरता काेली जाईल. (२) लहुानां काुटोंंबाचाे प्रदिताज्ञाापनां सादार कारताानांा त्यामाध्ये दाोनां पेक्षा अदिधाका अपत्ये दिनांयुक्ताीच्या वेळाेस हुयाता असल्‍यास संबंदिधाता उमाेदावार शासकाीय दिनांयुक्ताीसाठीी अपात्रा राहुील. No. FST-05/19/CR-126/Vane-4.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of Constitution of India and in supersession of all earlier notification, rules, orders or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating recruitment to the post of the Forester, Group-C and Forest Guard, Group-C under the Revenue and Forests Department of the Government of Maharashtra, namely : — 1. These rules may be called the Forester, Group-C and Forest Guard, Group-C under the Revenue and Forests Department (Recruitment) Rules, 2025. 2. In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,–. (a) “Appointing Authority” means the Deputy Conservator of Forests (Territorial) or the Divisional Forests Officer (Territorial), as the case may be, who is competent to appoint the candidate to the post of Forest Guard, and Chief Conservator of Forest (Territorial) or the Conservator of Forest (Territorial), as the case may be, who is competent to appoint to the candidate to the post of Forester; (b) “Circle” means the administrative unit under the control of the Chief Conservator of Forests (Territorial) or the Conservator of Forests (Territorial), as the case may be, who is responsible for administration of the establishment; (c) “Competent Authority” means the Chief Conservator of Forests (Territorial) or the Conservator Forests Officer (Territorial) of the forest Circle, as the case may be; (d) “Degree” means a degree of any discipline of Statutory University or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto; (e) “Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Science” means a diploma in Engineering of three years certified by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. However it does not include courses run by Industrial Training Institute; (f) “Eligibility for promotion” means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed for promotion by Rules, Government Resolution or Orders by General Administration Department of the Government issued in this behalf from time to time; (g) “Government” means the Government of Maharashtra; (h) “Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination” means the Higher Secondary School Certificate examination conducted by any Divisional Board under the Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965 (Mah. XLI of 1965) and it includes any other examination declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto; (i) “Secondary School Certificate Examination” means the Secondary School Certificate Examination conducted by the Divisional Board under the Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965 (Mah. XLI of 1965) and it includes any other examination declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto; (j) “Selection Committee” means a Committee constituted from time to time by the Government for the purpose of selection of candidates for direct recruitment to the post of Forest Guard (Group-C); (k) “Training Institute” means a institute or college or school or academy or center run by Forest Department for conducting training courses in forestry.महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाारण भााग चाार-अ, ऑक्टोोबुर १५, २०२५/आश्वि�वन २३, शके १९४७ 7 3. Appointment to the post of Forester, (Group-C) shall be made by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion on the basis of seniority subject to fitness, from amongst the persons holding the post of Forest Guard (Group-C) having not less than three years of regular and continuous service (excluding training period) on the said post. 4. The appointment to the post of Forest Guard (Group-C) shall be made by nomination from amongst the candidates recommended by the Selection Committee on the basis of result of competitive examination conducted therefor, who fulfills the following criteria, namely:- (i) Age Limit:- A) Lower Age Limit- Not less than eighteen years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications as per the advertisement for recruitment to the post. B) Upper Age Limit- Not more than twenty five years of age for the persons not belonging to reserved categories and thirty years of age for the persons belonging to reserved categories as on the last date of receipt of applications as per the advertisement for recruitment to the post. (ii) Minimum Educational Qualification.- He shall have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination with Science or Mathematics or Geography or Economics subject or three year diploma in Engineering or Technology or Science. Provided that, candidate belonging to the Scheduled Tribe category or ex-servicemen who have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination shall be eligible. (III) Physical Eligibility:— (i) Physical Standards Category Male Female Minimum height (in c.m.) 163 150 Chest girth Shall not be less than 79 - centimeters deflated and the difference between deflated chest and expanded chest shall not be less than 5 centimeters Weight (in Kg) Proportionate to height and age, Proportionate to height as per medical standards and age, as per medical standards (ii) Relaxable in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes as given below- Minimum height (in c.m.) 152.5 145 Chest girth Shall not be less than 79 - centimeters deflated and the difference between deflated chest and expanded chest shall not be less than 5 centimeters Weight (in Kg) Proportionate to height and age, Proportionate to height as per medical standards and age, as per medical standards8 महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाारण भााग चाार-अ, ऑक्टोोबुर १५, २०२५/आश्वि�वन २३, शके १९४७ The candidate shall fulfil following standard to distant and near vision with or without glasses, namely :- Distant Vision Better eye Worse eye (Corrected Vision) 6/6 6/12 Or Or 6/9 6/9 Near Vision Better eye Worse eye (Corrected Vision) J.1 J.11 Each eye shall have full field vision. (IV) The Government Medical Officer authorized in this behalf shall certify the medical fitness of candidates for appointment by nomination. The medical test shall consist of tests for squint eye, colour and night blindness, knock-knees, flat foot, skin and chest diseases. 5. A person selected to the post mentioned in rule 4 shall pass in his first attempt the walking test of 25 kilometers for male and 16 kilometers for female to be completed in 4 hours. If the person fails or remain absent to the walking test he shall not be eligible for the said Post and shall be disqualified for the appointment on the said post at this stage; Provided that, pregnant women or lactating mother may make a request to the Competent Authority to extend the period for conducting the walking test maximum up to one and half year for pregnant women and maximum up to one year for lactating mother from the date of walking test. If the pregnant women or lactating mother does not complete the walking test within the said extended period then she shall be disqualified for the appointment on the said post; Provided further that, if the extension is granted to such pregnant women or lactating mother her seniority shall remain intact only if she successfully complete the walking test within the said extended period. 6. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 by promotion shall be sent for training for a period of one month or for the period as may be specified by the Government, from time to time. 7. (1) If a person holding the post mentioned in rule 3 by promotion fails to complete the training within the two years, he shall not be eligible for the annual increment till he complete the training. (2) If he completes the training after the prescribed time period, his annual increments so withheld, shall be released with effect from the date of completion of the training and all future increments shall accrue, as if no increment was withheld. The arrears for past period shall not be admissible. 8. A person appointed on the post mentioned in rule 3 by promotion shall be exempted from completion of the training after completion of fifty four his age and he shall be liable for such increments withheld and arrears for past period shall not be admissible.महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाारण भााग चाार-अ, ऑक्टोोबुर १५, २०२५/आश्वि�वन २३, शके १९४७ 9 9. (1) A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 4 by nomination after executing indemnity bond with two sureties, shall be required to undergo an induction training course for a period of six months or for the period as may be specified by the Government from time to time and shall pass a final training examination in the said course. (2) If he fails to complete the specified training course or pass the final training examination in his first attempt, he shall be given one more chance to complete the training course and pass the final training examination at his own cost. (3) If he is unable to complete the training course or pass the final examination in his second chance, he shall be liable to be discharged from service and shall be liable to repay the training cost and salary paid to him as per the indemnity bond so executed. 10. The inter-se seniority of the post mentioned in rule 4 appointed by nomination shall be determined by giving 50 percent weightage to the marks obtained in the Competitive Examination held during recruitment and giving 50 percent weightage to the marks obtained in the examinations held at the training institute. (Example:- If a person obtained 75 percent. marks in the Competitive Examination held during the recruitment and 80 percent marks in the examinations held at the training course, then the score of that person for determining inter-se seniority shall be 37.5+40= 77.5). Explanation:- If the total marks obtained by two or more candidates are equal, the seniority shall be fixed on the basis of their age, the older in age being placed above the younger. 11. The seniority list of the candidates appointed to the post of mentioned in rules 3 and 4 shall be maintained at Circle level. However, the seniority list for next promotional post of persons appointed to the post under rule 3 is kept at State level. Therefore, consolidated seniority list of persons appointed to the post under rule 3 shall also be maintained at the State level. 12. Person to be appointed to the post mentioned in rule 4 by nomination, shall pass the Marathi and Hindi languages examinations as per the rules made in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, within the prescribed time limit after appointment, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations. He shall not be eligible for annual increment or promotion to the next promotional post until he passes those examination. 13. A person to be appointed to the post mentioned in rule 4 by nomination, shall possess a Certificate of Computer Operations prescribed by the Government, from time to time, within the prescribed time limit after appointment, unless he has been exempted from possessing such Certificate of Computer Operations, otherwise he shall not be eligible for annual increment or promotion to the next promotional post until he possess the same. 14. (1) A person recommended for appointment by nomination to the post mentioned in rule 4 shall submit a Declaration of Small Family as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Small Family Declaration) Rules, 2005 or any other rules, orders or any instruments issued in this behalf by the Government, from time to time. (2) A person having more than two children on the date of submission of Declaration of Small Family shall be disqualified for the appointment in Government Service. (3) After appointment of a person in the Government service, If it is proved that he has more than two children at the time of appointment or thereafter, then he shall be disqualified for Continuing on the said post in the Government Service.10 महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाारण भााग चाार-अ, ऑक्टोोबुर १५, २०२५/आश्वि�वन २३, शके १९४७ 15. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rules 3 and 4 shall be eligible to be transferred anywhere in the Circle: Provided that, the candidates who are appointed to the post mentioned in rules 3 and 4 shall be transferred on request to other Circle only after completion of five years regular service, subject to loss of seniority in the circle from which he is to be transferred. The seniority of such transferred person in the circle in which he is transferred shall be fixed at lowest number on the date on which he joins the circle. 16. The terms and conditions specified by the Government, subsequent to the appointment of any Government Servant in any rules, orders or resolutions issued by the Government, from time to time, shall also be applicable to the Government Servant.
