S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2025 No. 584 CIVIL AVIATION The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Royal Air Force Mildenhall) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 Made - - - - 14th May 2025 Coming into force - - 15th May 2025 The Secretary of State has decided that it is necessary in the public interest to amend the restrictions imposed in the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Royal Air Force Mildenhall) Regulations 2025(a).
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016(b).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Royal Air Force Mildenhall) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and they come into force on 15th May 2025.
Amendment of the Regulations
2.โ(1) The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Royal Air Force Mildenhall) Regulations 2025 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(3)(a) (restricted airspace), โ
(a) omit โorโ at the end of paragraph (ii), and
(b) after paragraph (iii) insertโ โ(iv) London Terminal Control Centre, Swanwick, orโ.
