Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2023/2259 9.11.2023 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 106/2023 of 28 April 2023 amending Annex XX (Environment) to the EEA Agreement [2023/2259] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/2336 of 28 November 2022on the publication of a list indicating certain CO emissions values per manufacturer as well as average specific CO emissions of all new heavy-duty 2 2 vehicles registered in the Union pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the reporting period of the year 2020(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Annex XX to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following point is inserted after point 21azkaaa (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1859) of Annex XX to the EEA Agreement: ‘21azkab. 32022 D 2336: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/2336 of 28 November 2022 on the publication of a list indicating certain CO emissions values per manufacturer as well as average specific CO 2 2 emissions of all new heavy-duty vehicles registered in the Union pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the reporting period of the year 2020 (OJ L 309, 30.11.2022, p. 8).’ Article 2 The text of Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/2336 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
