27.10.2022 EN Official Journal of the European Union L 279/23 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 121/2019 of 8 May 2019 amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA Agreement [2022/2019] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1659 of 7 November 2018amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 844/2012 in view of the scientific criteria for the determination of endocrine disrupting properties introduced by Regulation (EU) 2018/605(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1796 of 20 November 2018amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 as regards the extension of the approval periods of the active substances amidosulfuron, bifenox, chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, clofentezine, dicamba, difenoconazole, diflubenzuron, diflufenican, dimoxystrobin, fenoxaprop-p, fenpropidin, lenacil, mancozeb, mecoprop-p, metiram, nicosulfuron, oxamyl, picloram, pyraclostrobin, pyriproxyfen and tritosulfuron(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
