22.9.2022 EN Official Journal of the European Union L 246/69 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 125/2022 of 29 April 2022 amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA Agreement [2022/1569] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/2149 of 3 December 2021on unresolved objections regarding the terms and conditions of the provisional authorisation of a biocidal product containing 5-Chloro-2-methyl-2H- isothiazol-3-one (C(M)IT) referred by France in accordance with Article 36(1) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/2174 of 3 December 2021on unresolved objections regarding the terms and conditions of the authorisation of the biocidal product Konservan P40 in accordance with Article 36(1) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
