Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2025/2113 6.11.2025 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 179/2025 of 11 July 2025 amending Annex IX (Financial services) to the EEA Agreement [2025/2113] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/415 of 13 December 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying adjustment of own funds requirement and minimum features of stress testing programmes of issuers of asset-referenced tokens or of e-money tokens(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/418 of 16 December 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the minimum content of the governance arrangements on the remuneration policy of issuers of significant asset-referenced or e-money tokens(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/419 of 16 December 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the procedure and timeframe for an issuer of asset-referenced tokens or of e-money tokens to adjust the amount of its own funds(3) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
