Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/801 21.3.2024 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 181/2023 of 5 July 2023 amending Annex VI (Social security) to the EEA Agreement [2024/801] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems Decision No H13 of 30 March 2022 concerning the composition and working methods of the Audit Board of the Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Decision No H13 replaces Decision No H4(2), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement. (3) Annex VI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Annex VI to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows: 1. The following point is inserted after 3.H12 (Decision No H12): ‘3.H13 32022 D 0810(01): Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems Decision No H13 of 30 March 2022 concerning the composition and working methods of the Audit Board of the Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems (OJ C 305, 10.8.2022, p. 4).’ 2. The text of point 3.H4 (Decision No H4) is deleted. Article 2 The text of Decision No H13 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 6 July 2023, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made*.
