This EEA Joint Committee Decision No. 201/2022, dated 8 July 2022, amends Annex I (Veterinary and phytosanitary matters) to the EEA Agreement. The amendment incorporates Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/524, which corrects Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/577 regarding references to veterinary medicinal products, into the EEA Agreement. This decision does not apply to Iceland, concerning legislation regarding live animals other than fish and aquaculture animals, or to Liechtenstein, concerning legislation regarding veterinary matters, due to existing agreements with the EU. The amendment is reflected in Part 4.1 of Chapter I of Annex I to the EEA Agreement by adding "32022 R 0524: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/524 of 27 January 2022OJ L 105, 4.4.2022, p. 1." The Decision entered into force on 9 July 2022, contingent upon notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement or the entry into force of Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 5/2022, whichever was later. The decision will be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
