**Summary:** EEA Joint Committee Decision No. 221/2022, issued on July 8, 2022, amends Annex XIII (Transport) to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). The Icelandic and Norwegian language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/463 will be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and are considered authentic. This Decision went into effect on July 9, 2022, following notification per Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement.
