Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2025/224 20.2.2025 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 250/2024 of 25 October 2024 amending Annex XXI (Statistics) to the EEA Agreement [2025/224] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1797 of 7 July 2023supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying the number and titles of the variables for the use of information and communication technologies statistics domain for reference year 2024(1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Annex XXI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following point is inserted after point 18qx (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2312) of Annex XXI to the EEA Agreement: ‘18qy. 32023 R 1797: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1797 of 7 July 2023 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying the number and titles of the variables for the use of information and communication technologies statistics domain for reference year 2024 (OJ L 233, 21.9.2023, p. 7).’ Article 2 The text of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1797 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 26 October 2024, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*). Article 4 This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union. Done at Brussels, 25 October 2024.
