Aizawai strains ABTS-1857 and GC-91, Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. Israeliensis (serotype H-14) strain AM65-52, Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. (3) Annex II to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following indents are added in point 13a (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011) of Chapter XV of Annex II to the EEA Agreement: ‘— 32023 R 0689: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/689 of 20 March 2023(OJ L 91, 29.3.2023, p. 1), — 32023 R 0918: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/918 of 4 May 2023(OJ L 119, 5.5.2023, p. 160).’ Article 2 The texts of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2023/689 and (EU) 2023/918 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
