Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/1446 13.6.2024 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 331/2023 of 8 December 2023 amending Annex XV (State aid) to the EEA Agreement [2024/1446] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1315 of 23 June 2023 amending Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty and Regulation (EU) 2022/2473 declaring certain categories of aid to undertakings active in the production, processing and marketing of fishery and aquaculture products compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Annex XV to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following indent is added in point 1j (Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014) of Annex XV to the EEA Agreement: ‘— 32023 R 1315: Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1315 of 23 June 2023(OJ L 167, 30.6.2023, p. 1).’ Article 2 The text of Regulation (EU) 2023/1315 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 9 December 2023, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*). Article 4 This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union. Done at Brussels, 8 December 2023.
