L 164/90 EN Official Journal of the European Union 29.6.2023 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 341/2022 of 9 December 2022 amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2023/1283] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1310 of 6 August 2021correcting certain language versions of Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to civil aviation aircrew pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following indent is added in point 66ne (Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011) of Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement: ‘- 32021 R 1310: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1310 of 6 August 2021(OJ L 284, 9.8.2021, p. 15).’ Article 2 The text of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1310 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
