Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/1523 27.6.2024 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 39/2024 of 2 February 2024 amending Annex XVI (Procurement) to the EEA Agreement [2024/1523] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2303 of 24 November 2022amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780 establishing standard forms for the publication of notices in the field of public procurement(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2303 repeals Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1986(2), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement, and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement. (3) Annex XVI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Annex XVI to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows: 1. The following is added in point 6i (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780): ‘, as amended by: — 32022 R 2303: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2303 of 24 November 2022 (OJ L 305, 25.11.2022, p. 12).’ 2. The text of point 6g (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1986) of Annex XVI to the EEA Agreement is deleted. Article 2 The text of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2303 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 3 February 2024, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*). Article 4 This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union. Done at Brussels, 2 February 2024.
