(2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1699 of 6 September 2023on the status of attapulgite as a feed additive within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (12) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1698 repeals Regulation (EU) No 104/2010(12), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement. (13) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1703 repeals Regulation (EU) No 337/2011(13)and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/997(14), which are incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which are consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement. (14) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1708 repeals Implementing Regulation (EU) No 839/2012(15), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement. (15) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1710 repeals Implementing Regulations (EU) No 832/2012(16) and (EU) 2016/1007(17), which are incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which are consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement. (16) This Decision concerns legislation regarding feedingstuffs. Legislation regarding feedingstuffs shall not apply to Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the sectoral adaptations to Annex I to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein. (17) Annex I to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Chapter II of Annex I to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows: 1.
