Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 48/2026 of 6 February 2026 amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2026/945]

Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/945 21.5.2026 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 48/2026 of 6 February 2026 amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2026/945] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2045 of 10 October 2025 correcting the Slovak language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317 laying down a performance and charging scheme in the single European sky(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2070 of 13 October 2025 correcting certain language versions of Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and appliances, and on the approval of organisations and personnel involved in these tasks(2) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows: 1. The following indent is added in point 66q (Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014): ‘— 32025 R 2070: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2070 of 13 October 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2070, 14.10.2025).’ 2. The following indent is added in point 66xk (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317): ‘— 32025 R 2045: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2045 of 10 October 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2045, 13.10.2025).’ Article 2 The texts of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2025/2045 and (EU) 2025/2070 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 7 February 2026, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*).
