L 78/28 EN Official Journal of the European Union 16.3.2023 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 82/2020 of 12 June 2020 amending Annex IX (Financial Services) to the EEA Agreement [2023/531] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/761 of 17 December 2014supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to certain regulatory technical standards on major holdings(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1437 of 19 May 2016supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on access to regulated information at Union level(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 of 17 December 2018supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the specification of a single electronic reporting format(3), as corrected by OJ L 145, 4.6.2019, p. 85, is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (5) Annex IX to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Annex IX to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows: 1.
