NOTIFICATION
Whereas the Notification of the proposal to establish 5 number of
City Corporations in Greater Bengaluru Area with details of boundaries specified
was published as required by sub-section (2) of Section 5 and Section 7 of the
Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act No. 36 of 2025) in
Part-III of the Karnataka Gazette Extra Ordinary, Number 403, dated: 19-07-2025
inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby
within thirty days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette;
And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on
19-07-2025;
And Whereas, objections and suggestions have been received and considered
by the State Government;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of
Section 5 read with sub-section (3) of Section 7 of the Greater Bengaluru
Governance Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act No. 36 of 2025), the Government of
