NOTIFICATION
The powers delegated to the Deputy Commissioners of the Districts conferring
the powers vide Sub section-1&2 of Section 321 and Sub section-2&3 of section-388
of Karnataka Municipal Act 1964 for the Appointments on Compassionate Grounds
for the post of Second Division Assistant and Bill Collector [for vacancy existing
within the District (in case availability of vacancies within the Districts) if not the
proposal is to be sent to DMA] vide the Notification No.UDD 104 TMS 2014; dated:
09/01/2015 (at the Serial NO.56) is hereby withdrawn and redelegated the same to the
Director, Directorate of Municipal Administration, Bangalore with immediate effect.
