का.आ. 4725(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेि 77 के खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,
भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 का और संिोधन करने के जलए, जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाते ै,ं अर्ायत:-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) तीन सौ िौंसठवां संिोधन जनयम,
2021 ै।ै
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त ैोंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 म,ें जद्वतीय अनसु ूिी में, “वाजणज्य और उद्योग मंिालय” िीर्यक के
अधीन,-
(क) “क. वाजणज्य जवभाग” उपिीर्यक के अधीन, प्रजवजि 21 म,ें “और फुटजवयर जडिाा़इन और जवकास संस्ट्र्ान”
िब्िों का लोप दकया िाएगा;
(ख) “ख. उद्योग संवधयन और आंतररक व्यापार जवभाग” उपिीर्यक के अधीन, प्रजवजि 22 के पश्चात जनम्न जलजखत
प्रजवजि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ायत :-
“22क. फुटजवयर जडज़ाइन और जवकास संस्ट्र्ान।”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th November, 2021
S.O. 4725 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution,
the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of
Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three
Hundred and Sixty-Fourth Amendment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,
under the heading “MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (VANIJYA AUR UDYOG
MANTRALAYA)”,-
(a) under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (VANIJYA VIBHAG)”, in
entry 21, the words “and Footwear Design and Development Institute” shall be omitted;
(b) under the sub-heading “B. DEPARTMENT FOR PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY AND
INTERNAL TRADE (UDYOG SAMVARDHAN AUR ANTARIK VYAPAR VIBHAG)”,
after entry 22, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-
“22A. Footwear Design and Development Institute.”.
