Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government that total of 6.66.40 hectare of land is required in the Malaipatti
Village in Ottapidaram Taluk in Thoothukudi District for Public purpose, namely a new canal will be interlinking the Uppar
Odai in Malaipatti Village and Taken to the Ottapidaram Peiyakulam.
No family was displaced due to the land acquisition of 6.66.40 hectares in this project. Therefore, declaration is
made for the above said project in the Malaipatti Village of Ottapidaram Taluk in Thoothukudi District, land measuring
total extent of 6.66.40 hectares lands of 24 survey numbers including S.No.124/1 the details of which are specified in the
Schedule below, is under acquisition:

This Notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement
Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.
A Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Office, Kovilpatti and O/o Land Acquisition Officer and Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti
on any working day during the working hours.
The Government is pleased to authorize Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the
sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.
Under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e.sale / purchase etc., or create any
encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Revenue Divisional Officer,
Kovilpatti.
Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti.
Since the land is Exempted under rule 5 in Tamil Nadu Right to fair compensation and transperancy in Land acquistion, rehabilitaion and resettlement rule, 2017, for
Emergencies arising out of Natural Calamities, it has been decided not to carry out the Social Impact Assessment Study, Vide Commisioner of land Administration Letter
Number L.A.VII/9969107/25 dated : 01.04.25.

பார்லைவயிட அனுமாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
டேமாற்மொொன்� ெட்டத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள மாற்றும் வைங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு நிைத்தின் நுலைைதல், யாமொதாரு நிைங்கலைள அளமொவடுத்தல்,

வில்ைங்கங்கலைளயும் ஏற்படுத்த இயைாது.
லைகயகப்படுத்துதல் மொதாடர்பாக மாறுப்புலைர ஏடேதனும் இருப்பின் இச்ெட்டத்தின் 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் மொதரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்லைக
மொவளியிடப்பட்ட 60 நாட்களுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக) பற்றுள்ளவர் அதலை� வருவாய் டேகாட்டாட்சியரிடம் அளிக்கைாம்.

இல்லைை எ�த் தீர்மாானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது நிை நிர்வாக ஆலைணயர் அவர்களின் கடிதம் எண் நி.எ.VII /9969107/25 நாள்: 01/04/2025 அடிப்பலைடயில்
டேமாற்மொகாள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது.
