GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS
Variation to the Approved Thottapattu Detailed Development Plan No. 3 of Cuddalore Local Planning Area
(Roc.No. 4755/2026/DP/TCP-9)
No.VI(1)/355/2026.
In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act
No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceeding Roc. No. 4755/2025/TCP-9, Dt:22.05.2026
proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Deletion of Proposed Bye Pass 60 M wide A-A Scheme
Road part, S.No. 54/3A1 in Thottapattu Village / Panchayat, Cuddalore Panchayat Union, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore
District, to the Approved Thottapattu Detailed Development Plan No.3 of Cuddalore Local Planning Authority approved
by Director of Town and Country Planning, Proceeding in Roc. No. 5777/08/DP1, Dated:28.10.2011, and the fact of this
approval in Form No.12 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.10, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 76, Dated:
14.03.2012, Published No. VI(1)/91/2012.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may, within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of
this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary /
Assistant Director of Cuddalore Local Planning Authority any objection and suggestions relating thereto.
3. The Variation plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning
Authority office.
Variation
1. Where the expression Map No. 4&5, DDP (V.R)/DTCP No. 54/2011 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP
No. 06/2026 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. Based on the variation, the details specified in Approved Cuddalore Detailed Development Plan No.3, Proposed
Bye Pass 60 M wide A-A Scheme Road part shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.
3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued u/s
33(2) of the Act in TNGG.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
(Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the proceeding Roc. No.2659/2024/DP/TCP-4,
Dt:19/02/2026 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Conversion of Public Purpose Use Zone into
Residential Use Zone and Deletion of proposed road C-C 50'-0" wide part in (Old T.S. Nos. 11/4, 11/12, 14/5 and 14/6)
Ward -E, Block-15, T.S.Nos.34/1, 34/2, 34/3, 34/4 and 36/2 Extent :-0.85.65 Hectares (or) 2.116 Acres, Tiruchengode /
Municipality / Taluk, Namakkal District to the Approved Tiruchengode Detailed Development Plan No.7 of Tiruchengode
Local Planning Area, was approved by Director of Town and Country Planning, Proceeding in Roc. No.41754/1998/DP2,
dated: 05.02.2000 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.26,
Part VI—Section 1, Page No.259, dated: 05.07.2000, Publication No. VI(1)383/2000.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of
this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Assistant
Director, Namakkal District Town and Country Planning office any objection and suggestions relating thereto.

Variation
1. Where the expression Tiruchengode Detailed Development Plan No.7 "Map No.4, DDP (SR) / DTCP No. 4/2000

2. Based on the variation, the details specified in Approved Tiruchengode Detailed Development Plan No.7 the in
Schedule IV (From No.7) against entry in Sl.No.5 shall be deleted or substituted accordingly and in Schedule V (From
No.7) against entry in Column 1 to 10 "CC road formation of new road and widening of existing road S.F.No.11/14pt
and 14/6pt shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.
3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued u/s
33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan of the Local Planning Area

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban
Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27,
Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.131,
Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 11.03.2026, subject to conditions the following variation
are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the
G.O.Ms.No. 103. Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated 04.07.2025, notification No. II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at
Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.
Variation
In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of
Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Madukkarai Taluk, Arisipalayam Village, the following entries should
be made.
Under the heading "Residential land use zone" the expression SF Nos. 12/1A1, 12/1B shall be added before the
SF No.13.
Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression SF No: 12 shall be deleted and the expression
SF No: 12pt (except 12/1A1, 12/1B) shall be substituted.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Land use Part & Primary
Residential Land use Part into Mixed Residential use Zone is ordered in G.O.(2D). No.167, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, Dated: 14.03.2026.
2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development
[UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Yercaud Master
Plan approved in the G.O.Ms. No.349, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, Dated: 18.08.1999
of Yercaud Local Planning Area Declared in the G.O.(Ms)No.2163, Rural Development and Local Administration
Department, Dated:05.10.1974 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. II(2)/RUL/4633/74
at Page No. 557 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.06.11.1974.
Variation
1. In the Approved Yercaud Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of
Yercaud Local Planning Area, under heading V.No.4, Kombaikadu Village in the Appendix Page No A-2, the
following entries of S.F.Nos.5pt should be made accordingly.
Under the heading “(C) PRIMARY AND SPARSE RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE” and under the sub-heading
“a. PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL” and in “Serial No. 4, Kombaikadu Village”, the expression S.F.Nos. 5pt shall be
deleted and the expressions S.F.Nos. 5pt (Excluding S.F.Nos.5/1B) shall be substituted.282 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1
2. In the Approved Yercaud Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of

Under the heading “(H) AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE” and under the sub-heading “a. PLANTATIONS” and
in “Serial No.4 No.4, Kombaikadu Village”, the expression, S.F.Nos.5pt, shall be deleted and the expressions
S.F.Nos.5pt (Excluding S.F.Nos.5/1B), shall be substituted.
After the heading “ (K) PROPOSED ROADS”, the following heading and expression shall be added.
“RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE”:

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing &
Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27,
Part II—Section 2, Page - 228 dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone (Reserved forest). into Residential Use Zone ordered in
G.O.(2D) No.135, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated 20.02.2026, the following variation
are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in
the G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of Part II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
Variation.
In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram
Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village, Page no.119 the following entries should be made.
1. Thaiyur Village, against the entry 1. Residential Use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.F.Nos.
1024/1, 1024/3A, 1024/3B; 1025/1A, 1025/1B, 1025/2A, 1025/2B, after the S.No.1018, S.Nos.1456/1A, 1456/1B,
1456/1D, 1456/1F, 1456/2A, 1456/2B, 1456/2C1, 1456/2C3, 1456/2D, 1456/2E, 1456/2F, 1456/2G, 1456/2H1, 1456/2H3,

2. Thaiyur Village, against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone (Reserved Forest) the following survey number
shall be substituted, S.Nos. 1019 to 1023, 1024 (except. 1024/1, 1024/3A, 1024/3B; 1025/1A, 1025/1B, 1025/2A,
