In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing &
Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27,
Part II—Section 2, Page - 228 dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone (Reserved forest) into Residential Use Zone ordered in
G.O.(2D) No.88, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated 24.01.2026, the following variation
are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in
the G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of Part II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
Variation.
In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram
Local Planning Area under heading in 192. Poonthandalam Village, (Hamlet of Neikuppi), Page No.151 the following
entries should be made.
1. Poonthandalam Village, against the entry 1. Residential Use Zone the following survey number shall be added
S.Nos. 311/7, 311/8A, 311/8B and 311/11F1 before the S.No.315.
2. Poonthandalam Village, against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone (Reserved Forest) the following survey number
shall be substituted, S.Nos. 310, 311 (except 311/7, 311/8A, 311/8B, 311/11F1), 312, 313, 314 instead of 310 to 314.

Panchayat/Village - S.F.Nos. 345, 346/1A, 347/1, 348/2A1 & 349/2, the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 345, 346/1A, 347/1, 348/2A1 & 349/2
shall be added
Under the heading "Agriculture land use" the expression S.F.No: 345 shall be deleted and S.F.Nos: 346/1A, 347/1,
348/2A1 & 349/2 shall be deleted in S.F.Nos. 346, 347, 348pt, 349pt and the expression S.F.Nos. 346, 347, 348pt, 349pt

be added after SF No.56.
(ii) Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression SF No: 57 shall deleted and the expression
SF.No. 57pt (Except S.No. 57/2, 57/3, 57/4. 57/5, 57/6, 57/7) shall be substituted.

368/4B and 369/3B the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential land use zone" the expression SF Nos. 368/4B and 369/3B shall be added before
the SF No.370 Pt
Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression SF No: 368pt and 369pt shall be deleted and the
expression SF.No. 368pt (except 368/4B) and SF No. 369pt (except 369/3B) shall be substituted.

G.O.Ms.No.103 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 04.07.2025 notification No II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at
Part lI—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of
Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Moppiripalayam Village, Page No. 410 the S.F.No.332 the following
entries should be made.
Under the heading "Industrial land use" the expression S.F.Nos. 332/2A, 332/2B2, 332/2C, and 332/3B shall be
added before the S.F.No: .335pt
Under the heading "Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos. 332/2A, 332/2B2, 332/2C, and 332/3B shall be
deleted and the expression S.F.Nos:332 (except 332/2A, 332/2B2, 332/2C and 332/3B shall be substituted.

துனைறயின் அனுமாதி செபற்று மானை�யின் எல்னைைக்குள் மாாற்றி அனைமாத்து (Reroute) மாற்றும் இந்நீர்வாழிப்பானைதயின் அனைமாப்பினை�
மானை�யிடத்தில் நினைை நிறுத்தி அபிவிருத்தி செசய்ய தேமாற்செகாள்ளப்பட தேவாண்டும். நீர் நினைைகனைள ஒட்டி தேமாற்செகாள்ளப்படும்
வாளர்ச்சிகளுக்கு தேதனைவாயா� உரிய வாழிமுனைறகள் பின்பற்றப்பட தேவாண்டும்.
(iii) தமிழ்நாாடு ஒருங்கினை�ந்த வாளர்ச்சி மாற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள் 2019-க்கு உட்பட்டு வாளர்ச்சிப் பணிகள் தேமாற்செகாள்ளப்பட

following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading "Residential land use zone" the expressions SF Nos. 505/1B, 505/2A1, 506/1, 507/2 shall
be added after SF No. 501pt.
(ii) Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression T.S No: 505 shall be deleted and the expression
S.F No: 505pt (except S.F.No.505/1B, 505/2A1) shall be substituted.
(iii) Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression T.S No: 506 shall be deleted and the expression
S.F No: 506pt (except 506/1) shall be substituted.
(iv) Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression T.S No: 507 shall be deleted and the expression

Errata to Notification

The following errata is issued to the Notification No.VI(1)/213/2026, published at page No.175, in Part VI—Section-1
of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.13, Dated:01 .04.2026.

Errata
1. In the Variation notified the expressions "Agricultural use Zone into Residential Use Zone" shall be Substituted
with "Agricultural use Zone into Institutional Use Zone".
2. In the Variation notified the Heading "RESIDENTIAL USE" shall be substituted with "INSTITUTIONAL USE".

JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS
Conferment of Magisterial Powers on I.A.S. Probationers of 2025 batch

No.VI(1)/368/2026.
No.79/2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby confers Special Judicial Magistrate powers on the above said
Eleven (11) l.A.S. Probationers of 2025 batch in the Districts noted against their names, to attend the Special Judicial
Magisterial work on part time basis, during the period of training, i.e., from 04.06.2026 to 15.03.2027 and such
powers shall stand withdrawn as and when they complete their training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrates
concerned.
As requested by the Government, the above said Eleven (11) I.A.S. Probationers of 2025 batch are permitted to
record the evidences and write judgments and orders in English.
