THE COMMISSIONER OF ACQUISITION OF LANDS LAND ADMINISTRATION, NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION 1 OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 CHEPAUK, CHENNAI (TAMIL NADU ACT, 34 OF 2002) (LA- VI(3)/9666013/2025) No.VI(1)/145(b-1)/2025. The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired in O.Pachudaiyampalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk of Namakkal District for Highways Department to wit for formation of By-pass to Rasipuram Town (Phase-II), starting from Km 30/6 of Malliyakarai – Rasipuram – Tiruchengode – Erode Road (State Highways-79) and ends at Km 52/4 of Mohanur – Namakkal – Sendamangalam Rasipuram Road (State Highways-95) and it have already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department after considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notification under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002). NOTICE Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 25,422 Sq.mt. of R.manai and Dry lands in S.No.15/3B etc in .O.Pachudaiyampalayam Village of Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways, to wit for formation of By-pass to Rasipuram Town (Phase-II). The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Collector Office, 4th Floor, Room No.414 Salem and the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Unit-1, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during office hours. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit, for the Expansion of Existing Sriperumbudur Industrial Complex by SIPCOT and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999). NOTICE Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1.88.50 Hectares (4.66 Acre) to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes wit, for the Expansion of Existing Sriperumbudur Industrial Complex by SIPCOT.
