(2) இது, உடனடியாக நாவைடமுவைறக்கு வாருதல் பேவாண்டும். தமிழ்நாாடு ெட்டம் 2. 1923 ஆம் ஆண்டு செென்வைனப் பல்கவைைக்கழகச் ெட்டத்தின் 5-ஆம் பிரிவிற்கான VII/1923.
