The Regional News Unit (RNU) of Akashvani, Panaji has invited applications from eligible candidates of
Indian origin residing in Goa for empanelment as Casual Assignees in the News Reader-cum-Translator
category.
Applicants must be graduates from a recognized university and aged between 21 and 50 years. Proficiency
in Konkani, along with strong translation skills between English and Konkani, is essential. Candidates
should also possess a voice quality suitable for radio broadcasting. Desirable qualifications include prior
experience in journalistic work in Radio or Television and knowledge of basic computer applications.
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee through digital or online
payment. The fee is Rs. 354 for General category candidates and Rs. 266 for SC, ST, and OBC candidates.
The payment should be made to the account of Broadcasting Corporation of India, All India Radio, Panaji.
Completed applications, along with the printed transaction receipt, must be submitted to the Head of
