NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th September, 2024
S.O. 4197 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 20 of
the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) read with rule 44 of the Drugs Rules, 1945, the
Central Government hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the notification of
the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare) vide
number S.O. 2177(E), dated the 11th May, 2023, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part
II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:—
In the said notification, for item numbers (ii), (iv), (viii) and (ix) and the entries relating thereto,
the following shall be substituted, namely:—
“ (ii) Dr. Anjan Pal, Senior Scientific Officer (Microbiology)
(iv) Dr. Dilip Kumar Panda, Technical Officer (Pharmacology)
(viii) Dr. Dipak Shivaji Harel, Junior Scientific Officer (Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
