S.O. 158(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (5) and (6) of section 125 of the
Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) read with rules 5 and 7 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority
(Appointment of Chairperson and Members, holding of meetings and provision for offices and officers) Rules, 2016,
the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of
India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii), dated the 5th May, 2016 vide number S.O.1647(E), dated the 2nd May, 2016, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the
entries shall be substituted, namely: –
“3. Smt. Sonali Sen Gupta, Member, ex-officio; ”
