और प्रोन् नजत: (ii) 10% प्रोन् नजत द्वारा जिसके न हो सकन े पर वेतन मैट्ररक् स के स्ट् तर– 4 (25500-81100 रू.) ग्रेड म ें प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जिसके अंतगतग (अल्प काजलक संजविा ऐसे सवेक्षक श्रणे ी 2 जिन् होंन ेजनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि भी ह)ै । के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में िस वष ग की जनयजमत सेवा की हो तथा सवेक्षण काय ग म ें िो स े चार सप्ताह का प्रजिक्षण पूरा दकया हो। ट्रटप्पण : िहा ं ऐसे कजनष्ठ व् यजियों के संबंध म,ें जिन् होंन े अपनी अहकग या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्न जत के जलए जवचार दकया िा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व् यजियों के संबंध म ेंभी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंत ु यह तब िब दक उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकग या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अहकग या पात्रता सेवा के आध े स े अजधक स े या िो वष ग स,े इनमें स े िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंन े अपन े ऐस े कजनष्ठ व् यजियों सजहत, जिन् होंने ऐसी अहकग या पात्रता सेवा पहल े ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रणे ी म ें प्रोन् नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररवीक्षा की अवजध सफलतापूवगक पूरी कर ली हो। प्रजतजनयजु ि (जिसके अतं गतग अल्प काजलक सजं विा भी ह)ै : केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों या स्ट्विासी जनकायों या कानूनी संगठनों या पजब्लक सेक्टर उपक्म या मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यताप्राप्त अनुसंधान सस्ट्ं थाओं के ऐसे अजधकारी: (क)(i) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग म ें जनयजमत आधार पर[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 सििृ पि धारण दकए हुए हों; या (ii) जिन् होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग म ें वेतन मैट्ररक् स के स्ट् तर– 5 (29200-92300 रू.) या समतुल्य म ें जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में छ: वष ग की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; या (iii) जिन् होंन े मूल काडर या जवभाग म ें वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट् तर–4 (25500-81100 रू.) या समतल्ु य म ें उस पि म ें जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी म ें िस वषग की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Surveyor Cadre (Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts), Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publications in the Official Gazette. 2. Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 5. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedule Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen, and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
