L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx सी.जी.-डी.एलxx.x-GअID.-E0x7xx0 82025-265285 CG-DL-E-07082025-265285 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 491] नई ददल्ली, बुधवार, अगस्ट्त 6, 2025/श्रावण 15, 1947 No. 491] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2025/SHRAVANA 15, 1947 सस्ट्ं क ृजत मत्रं ालय (भारतीय पुरातत्व सवक्षे ण) अजधसचू ना नई ददल् ली, 6 अगस्ट् त, 2025 सा.का.जन.534(अ).––राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनच्ु छेद 309 के परन्तकु द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और .संस्ट् कृजत मंत्रालय, भारतीय पुरातत्व सवेक्षण ( समूह ‘ग’ अराजपजत्रत पद ) भती जनयम, 2014 को उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्ांत करते हुए जजन्ह ेंऐसे अजधक्मण स े पहले दकया गया ह ैया करने का लोप दकया गया ह,ै भारतीय पुरातत्व सवेक्षण, संस्ट् कृजत मंत्रालय म ें बहुकायय कमचय ारीवृन् द के पदों पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ैं अथायत ् :- 1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ : (1) इन जनयमों का सजं क्षप्त नाम संस्ट् कृजत मंत्रालय, भारतीय पुरातत्व सवेक्षण, बहुकाय य कमचय ारीवृन् द (समूह ‘ग’), भती जनयम, 2025 ह।ै (2) ये राजपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत् त होंगे। 2. पद-सख्ं या, वगीकरण और वते न मट्रै रक्स म ें स्ट्त र: - उि पदों की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में उनका स्ट् तर वह होगा जो इन जनयमों स ेउपाबद्ध उक्त अनुसूची के स्ट्तभं (2) स ेस्ट्तंभ (4) म ेंजवजनर्ददष्ट ह|ैं 5266 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. भती की पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा और अहतय ाएं, आदद : - उि पदों पर भती की पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, अहतय ाए ं और उनस े संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तभं (5) स ेस्ट्तंभ (13) म ेंजवजनर्ददष्ट ह।ैं 4. जनरहतय ा.- वह व्यजि,- (क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजवत ह,ै जववाह दकया ह ै या जववाह की संजवदा की ह;ै या (ख) जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि स ेजववाह दकया ह ैया जववाह की संजवदा की ह,ै उि पदों पर जनयजु ि का पात्र नहीं होगा: परन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ैदक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतनय स ेछूट द ेसकेगी। 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि :- जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ैदक ऐसा करना आवश् यक या समीचीन ह,ै वहां वह उसके जलए जो कारण ह,ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके और कमचय ारी चयन आयोग स े परामिय करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगय या प्रवगय के व् यजियों की बाबत, आदिे द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त्त:- इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आय-ु सीमा म ें छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आदिे ों के अनुसार अनुसजू चत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछडा वगों, भूतपूव य सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगय के व् यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत ह।ै अनसु चू ी पद का नाम पदों की सख्ं य ा वगीकरण वते न मट्रै रक्स चयन या अचयन सीध े भती दकए जान े वाल े म ेंस्ट्त र पद। व् यजियों के जलए आय-ु सीमा। (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) 1. बहुकायय 6152*(2025) साधारण केंरीय वेतन मैट्ररक् स लाग ूनहीं होता। 18 वषय और 27 वषय की आयु के कमयचारीवृन् द (*काययभार के सेवा, समूह ‘ग’ में स्ट् तर–1 बीच। अराजपजत्रत, (18000- आधार पर ट्रटप्प ण: आय-ु सीमा अवधाट्ररत पट्ररवतयन दकया अनुसजचवीय । 56900रू.)। करने के जलए जनणाययक तारीख जा सकता ह।ै ) वह होगी जो कमयचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की जाएगी। सीध े भती दकए जान े वाल े व्य जियों के सीधी भती दकए जान े वाल े व् यजियों के जलए जवजहत पट्ररवीक्षा की अवजध, यदद कोई जलए अपजे क्षत िजै क्षक और अन्य अहतय ाएं। आय ु और िजै क्षक अहतय ाएं प्रोन्नत व्य जियों की दिा म ें हो लाग ूहोंगी या नहीं। (7) (8) (9) आवश्य क: लाग ूनहीं होता। दो वषय। दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडय से कम से कम से कम 10वीं पास। ट्रटपण्णी-: अहतय ाएं अन् यथा सुअर्हहत अभ् यर्हथयों की दिा में कमयचारी चयन आयोग के जववेकानुसार जिजथल की जा सकती ह।ै[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 भती की पद्वजत भती सीध े होगी या प्रोन्न जत द्वारा या प्रोन्न जत या प्रजतजनयजु क्त या आमले न द्वारा भती की दिा म ें व े श्रजेणया ं प्रजतजनयजु क्त आ आमेलन द्वारा तथा जवजभन्न पद्वजतयों द्वारा जजसस ेप्रोन्न जत या प्रजतजनयजु क्त या आमले न दकया जाएगा भरी जान ेवाली ट्ररजियों की प्रजतितता (10) (11) कमयचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा सीधी भती के माध्य म से लाग ूनहीं होता। यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्न जत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी सरं चना । भती करन ेम ेंदकन पट्ररजस्ट्थजतयों म ेंसघं लोक सवे ा आयोग स ेपरामि य दकया जाएगा। (12) (13) समूह ‘ग’ जवभागीय पुजष्ट सजमजत (पुजष्ट के संबंध में जवचार करने के जलए) जजसमें जनम् नजलजखत होंगे; संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ परामिय आवश् यक 1. अपर महाजनदिे क(प्रिासन), भारतीय पुरातत्व सवेक्षण – अध्य क्ष; नहीं ह।ै 2. जनदिे क(पुरातत् व), भारतीय पुरातत्व सवेक्षण – सदस्ट् य; और 3. जनदिे क (प्रिासन) या उप जनदिे क (प्रिासन), भारतीय पुरातत्व सवेक्षण – सदस्ट् य। [फा. सं. ज े– 11011आ1आ2024-योजना] आनंद मधुकर, अपर महाजनदिे क (प्रिासन) MINISTRY OF CULTURE (Archaeological Survey of India) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th August, 2025 G.S.R. 534(E).–––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, (Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted posts), Recruitment Rules, 2014, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff in the Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture, namely:- 1. Short title and Commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Multi Tasking Staff (Group ‘C’ Post), Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt such person from the operation to this rule.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Staff Selection Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedule Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex- Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
