सं ल क सेवा आय ग से पराति ग करके इन जनयतक के दकसी उपबंध क दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व् यजतत यक की बाबत आिेि वारारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी। 7. व्य ावजृ त्त .- इन जनयतक की क ई बात, से आर्ण, आय-ु सीता तें छूट और अन् य ट्ररयायतक पर प्रभाव नहह डालेगी, जिनका केन् रीय सरकार वारारा इस संबंध तें सतय-सतय पर िारी दकए गए आििे क के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयक, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयक, अन् य जपछ़ा ा वगगों, भूतपूवग सैजनकक और अन् य एक जव य सजहत) या वनस्ट् पजत या कृज वनस्ट् पजत जवज्ञान तें तास्ट्टर जड्ी: या (II) दकसी तान् यता प्राप् त जव वजवद्यालय या संस्ट् र्ान से वनस्ट् पजत जवज्ञान तें स्ट् नातक जड्ी के सार् बागवानी या कृज या वारारा जनयुजतत के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पार नहह हकगे। ट्रटप्प णी 2: प्रजतजनयुजतत की अवजध (जिसके अतं गतग अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी ह)ै जिसके अन् तगगत केन् रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन् य संगठन/जवभाग तें इस संभावना नहह ह।ै (11) (12) (13) प्र न्नजत: वेतन तैट्ररतस तें स्ट्तर-7 तें (44900- सतहू ‘क’ जवभागीय प्र न्नजत सजतजत प्रत्येक अवसर पर सं ल क सेवा आय ग स े पराति ग 142400 रु.) से सहायक अधी्ण (प्र न्नजत के सबं धं त ें जवचार के जलए) करना आव यक ह।ै जिसत ेंजनम्नजलजखत हकग।े उद्यानजवि जिन्हकने जनयुजति के पश्चात उस श्रेणी 1. अध्य् या सिस्ट्य- सं ल क सेवा तें पांच व ग की जनयजतत सेवा की ह ै और आय ग -अध्य् बागवानी त ें ि से चार सप्ताह की अवजध का प्रजि्ण प्राप्त दकया ह । 2. सजचव या संयुति सजचव, ट्रटप्पणी: िहां से कजनष्ठ व्यजति यक के संबंध त,ें संस्ट्कृजत तंरालय - सिस्ट्य जिन्हकने अपनी अहकग या पारता सेवा परू ी कर 3. तहाजनिेिक या अपर तहाजनिेिक, ली ह,ै प्र न्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा रहा भारतीय पुरातत्व सववेक्ण - सिस्ट्य सतहू ‘क’ जवभागीय पजु िकरण सजतजत ह , वहां उनके ज्यष्ठे व्यजति यक के संबंध त ें भी Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Horticulture Cadre (Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule. 4. Director (Administration), Archaeological Deputation (including short- term Survey of India - Member. contract): Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations or autonomous body or statutory organisation or public sector undertakings or University or/ recognised research institutions: (a)(i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with six years service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in posts in level-5 in the pay matrix (Rs.29200-92300) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and (b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience prescribed as under:- (i) Bachelors degree in Horticulture or Agriculture or Botany from a recognised University or institute; and (ii) two years experience in Horticulture including ornamental gardening or landscaping in the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations or autonomous body or statutory organisation or public sector undertakings or University or recognised research institutions. Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
