S.O. 1577(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas
(Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023(18 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints that the amendments
mentioned to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) mentioned in column (5) of the Schedule to the said
Act, against serial number 6 mentioned in column (1) of the said Schedule, shall come into force from the
31st December, 2024.
