सा .का.जन. 335(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, का यह मत होने पर दक जिमान पररचालनों की सुरक्षा के जलए ऐसा करना
आिश्यक या समीचीन ह,ै िायुयान अजधजनयम, 1934 (1934 का XXII) की धारा 9क और धारा 14 के परन्द्तुक के साथ
परित धारा 5 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) के उपखण्ड (ण) एिं (ि)में प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा
नागर जिमानन मंत्रालय (जिमान प्रचालनों के रक्षोपाय के जलए ऊंचाई प्रजतबंध) जनयमािली, 2015 में आगे जनम्नजलजखत
और संिोधन करती ह,ै अथाातः-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का नाम नागर जिमानन मंत्रालय (जिमान प्रचालनों की सुरक्षा के जलए ऊंचाई प्रजतबंध) संिोधन जनयम,
2024 ह।ै
(2) ये जनयम िासकीय रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. नागर जिमानन (जिमान प्रचालनों की सुरक्षा के जलए ऊंचाई प्रजतबंध) जनयम, 2015 (इसके पश्चात उपयिुा जनयम के रूप
में संिर्भात), में -
(i) अनुसूची III म,ें िीर्ाक “भारतीय जिमानपत्तन प्राजधकरण और सयं िु उपक्रम कंपजनयों द्वारा प्रचाजलत हिाईअड्डे” के
अन्द्तगात, -
(क) क्रम सं. 104 और इससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत क्रम सं. और प्रजिजियों को अंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा,

New Delhi, the 18th June, 2024
G.S.R. 335(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (o) and (r) of sub-section
(2) of section 5, read with section 9A and proviso to section 14 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (XXII of 1934), the Central
Government, being of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do for the safety of aircraft operations, hereby
makes the following further amendments in the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Height Restrictions for Safeguarding of
Aircraft Operations) Rules, 2015, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Height Restrictions for Safeguarding of Aircraft
Operations) Amendment Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Height Restrictions for Safeguarding of Aircraft Operations) Rules, 2015
(hereinafter referred to as said rules),-
(a) In Schedule III, under the heading “AERODROMES OPERATED BY AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF
INDIA AND JOINT VENTURE COMPANIES”, -
(a) after Serial No. 104 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted,
namely:-
