No. AV-19032/5/2015-AAI-MOCA.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (a) of section 26 of the National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016, the Central Government with the approval of the Competent Authority, hereby makes the following further amendments in the National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016, namely:- In the said Policy, in paragraph 14, in clause (d), the following proviso shall be inserted namely:- “Five Boeing B777-200 LR aircraft bearing registration No. VT-AEE, VT-AEF, VT-AEG, VT-AEH & VT-AEI are exempted from the GAGAN mandate for a period of 42 months from the date of induction with a condition that these aircraft will fly to/from ILS complaint airports only.” RUBINA ALI, Jt.
