S.O. 2314(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Industrial Relations Code,
2020 (35 of 2020), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Labour and Employment, number S.O. 1632(E), dated the 4th May, 2016, except as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the following Officers
specified in column (2) of the Table to exercise the functions of the appellate authority under the said Code
