NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th July, 2025
S.O. 3088(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the National Medical Commission Act,
2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Vinod Kotwal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of
Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi as Member, ex officio in the National Medical Commission and for the said
purpose, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3260(E), dated the 24th September, 2020.
In the said notification, in paragraph (2), in the table, for clause (i) and the entries relating thereto, the
following clause and entries shall be substituted, namely: –
