Sub: Appointment of member of Board of Enquiry and Hearing under Rule-8, Chapter 3, Delhi Development
(Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan) Rules - 1959
S.O.2380(E).— The Delhi Development Authority under the provisions of Rule-8, Chapter 3 of Delhi
Development (Master Plan & Zonal Development Plan) Rules, 1959 notified the appointment of board of enquiry and
hearing vide Notification No. S.O. 1785 (E) dated 09.08.2012, to hear and consider any representation, objections and
suggestions issued for amendment to the MPD-2021 henceforth received in response to the Public Notice within the
stipulated period.
2. Central Government vide gazette notification No. S.O. no.1259 (E) dated 15.04.2015 has nominated
Sh. O.P. Sharma, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi, as member of the Delhi Development Authority
with immediate effect.
3. Therefore, Sh. O.P. Sharma, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi, is hereby nominated as member of
Board of Enquiry and Hearing in place of Sh. Naseeb Singh.
