S.O. 1809(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 4 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34
of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O.1831(E), dated the 7th May, 2018,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, — (a) under the sub-heading "Appointed by the Central Government under
Section-4(f)”, for serial number 44 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“44. Shri Hariharan S. Ramamoorthy
All India Vice President,
Laghu Udyog Bharati,
Plot No. SP-51, Sector-2, 3rd Street,
Ambattur Industrial Estate,
Chennai-600058";
(b) under the sub-heading "Appointed by the Central Government under Section-4(g)”, for serial number 51b and
