New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2022
S.O. 815(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18
of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints following persons as Judicial Member and Technical
Member in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (pre-revised) [level
15 in the pay matrix (Rs. 182200-224400) as per 7th Central Pay Commission] for a period of five years
with effect from the date of joining mentioned against the name of each such member, or till the attaining
the age of sixty-five years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, namely:-
