* The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
* The Comptroller and Auditor General
**7. Implementation Aspects (Inferred):**
* **Responsible Agency/Bodies:** The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is the primary responsible agency, as indicated by the notification and the reference to K.V.R. Murty, Jt. Secy., MCA. The NFRA is also a key implementing body.
* **Timelines/Procedures:** The rules came into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette (March 23, 2022). Further procedures for the functioning of these members aren't specified in this particular text.

**9. Conclusion:**
