New Delhi, the 6th May, 2026
S.O. 2285(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013
(18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints Justice (Retd.) Anupinder Singh Grewal, former Judge
of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana as President in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay
scale of Rs. 80,000/- (fixed) (pre-revised) [level-17 (Rs. 225000/-) in the pay matrix as per 7th Central Pay
Commission] for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till he attains the
age of sixty-seven years, whichever is earlier.
