अवजध के जलए अथवा अगले आदेिों, तक िो भी पहल े हो, बढा ददया ह ै और इस प्रयोिनाथष भारत सरकार, स्ट्वास्ट््य और
पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3260 (इ), ददनांदकत 24 जसतंबर, 2020 म ें एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत
संिोधन दकया िाता ह।ै
उक्त अजधसूचना म ें परै ा (6) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत परै ा प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाषत्: -
“(6) धारा 8 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन, राष्ट्रीय आयुर्ववज्ञान आयोग सजचवालय के सजचव को, िैसा दक नीच े जवजनर्ददष्ट ह,ै
ददनांक 03.10.2025 स े आग े एक वर्ष की अवजध के जलए अथवा अगले आदेिों तक, िो भी पहले हो, जनयुक्त दकया िाता

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th February, 2026
S.O. 947(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 8 read with sub-section (1) of section 5 of the
National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government has appointed Shri. Raghav Langer,
IAS as Secretary of the National Medical Commission on 21.03.2025 upto 03.10.2025 and now extended the
combined tenure of central deputation tenure as Secretary, NMC for a period of one year beyond 03.10.2025 or until
further orders, whichever is earlier and for that purpose, hereby makes the following further amendment in the
notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3260(E), dated the
24th September, 2020.
In the said notification, for paragraph (6), the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely: -
“(6) Under sub-section (1) of section 8, the Secretary of the Secretariat for the National Medical Commission, as
specified below, is appointed for a period of one year beyond 03.10.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier:
